Back to some Canadian content. If you watch national TV news in Canada, you've no doubt noticed a new blond bombshell that has been reporting for Canada's flagship national news program, CBC National. Krista Erickson and her brown leather outfits have been wowing Canadians on the national level as a reporter for about a year now. She was an anchor in Manitoba for several years before making the jump to Toronto for the national show.Krista has the "it" factor. She's just hot in every sense of the word. Your heart beats faster just watching her. When you watch Krista, you think of a rich upper-class elitist babe. You know, the one that drives a BMW, lives in an exclusive neighborhood with her ridiculously rich common law executive boyfriend/fiance/husband. You see her at the Starbucks ordering her vente caramel machiato and you just think, man would it be nice to wake up next to her every morning.
Her face, body and legs are all hot. I don't have pics or video of her in the brown leather, but wow, all I can say is she's spectacular in it. She doesn't dress in it anymore, maybe CBC made her stop or something, I don't know. If there is one downside to Krista, it has to be her personality or lack thereof one. She has too much confidence, bordering on cocky, she knows she's hot and she's knows that she's better than you or me. That bugs me a little, not much, but a little.

Krista Erickson Krista Erickson is the new Winnipeg host for CBC NEWS: CANADA NOW.
Krista's career began in her hometown of Winnipeg at CBC Manitoba in May of 1999, working as a researcher and then later as a chase producer for the current affairs unit in the television newsroom. In May 2000, Krista joined the team of CBC Television's 'IT'S A LIVING' in Winnipeg as researcher. When CBC Television's current affairs program 'CBC NEWS: DISCLOSURE' launched, opportunity knocked again and she joined the team in Winnipeg as a researcher in the spring of 2001 where she began to develop her investigative skills.
Returning to the television newsroom in January of 2002 as a reporter, she broke many stories. She also fronted an investigative documentary on Canada's Sea King helicopters. Krista has contributed frequently to network programs, including two summer rotations with 'THE NATIONAL' and a secondment to CBC NEWS: MARKETPLACE. When CBC NEWS: CANADA NOW host Jennifer Rattray left on maternity leave in the fall of 2003, Krista hosted the program until Jennifer's return.
Krista was recently nominated for a Gemini Award in the Best Lifestyle/Practical Information Segment category for her report last season on CBC News: Marketplace - Love and Little White Lies. Her studies include Arts and Sciences at the University of Winnipeg (1996) and Red River's Creative Communications program (1997-1999).
Krista has an interest in languages and has studied both Spanish and French. She has also studied music extensively, playing several different instruments including the piano for which she attained a grade eight level with the Royal Conservatory of Music.
